Dodola -Goba Concrete Asphalt Road Inaugurated

PM Hailemariam inaugurated the DodolaGoba concrete asphalt road constructed at the cost of 1billion birr located in Balle zone Oromia region. The road covers 132km, speaking at the inaugural event the Pm said public participation effort to put Ethiopia in group of middle income economies our bearing fruits and said also the government has embark up on massive infrastructure development including power project, roads and rail way line, the road would facilitate access to market and agricultural inputs and technology to farmers and pastoralist of this zone ,chief of Oromia region Alemayeh for his part said the inauguration of the road comes at the time when a better commitment is under way to achieve the renaissance journey of the nation initiated by the late PM and he believes apart from speeding up development the road would help better tap tourism potential of the zone, the Chains CGC overseas constriction group build the road which was financed by the government and loans secured from World bank.

It’s established 9 years ago, the company has grown to produce over 70,000 pairs of shoes. Sole Rubbers is a green foot wear company based in AA provides a wide range of unique colorful shoes for customers looking for shoes made out of recycled materials like use car tires as well as natural handmade fabric, 32 years old Bethlehem is the brain behind the business, she started the brand in 2004 with an investment of about 10,000USD raised by family members, the trendy shoes come in different modern designs and for between 35 to 95 USD up here. Over 10,000 Condos Transferred to beneficiaries

The AA city Administration on Sunday transferred more than 10,000 condominium houses to beneficiaries. City Mayer Kuma Demeksa on the occasion said the administration is working to address shortage of residential unit in the city, construction of the condos are in line with the needs of the public with low and middle income, according to the Mayer his Administration is engaged in various development projects to meet the over increasing demand of residence and to change the image of the city that hosts courses of international and regional organizations, construction and housing development office head Getachew for his part said construction of additional thousands of condos is underway to curb housing shortage in the city, the administration so far constructed more than 92,000 condos including the newly inaugurated ones.

Ethiopian Shipping and Logistic Service Enterprise is under taking expansion works to improve the dry port service in the country. The Enterprise is conducting the expansion works in Gelan and Mojo dry ports with over 800million birr construction of persuadable cargo cold storage warehouses, container maintenance garages and digging of deep water walls are been carried out at the dry ports, enterprise ports and terminal deputy manager Desalegn said multi modal system has been launched to drop the transport guts that has been stored for long time at the Djibouti port , according to the deputy manager the 95% of the work on Gelan is completed while the mojo dry port expansion which will rest on 64 hectares of land is expected to be finalize in the coming 5 years.
