Ethiopian Dulet Wot Recipe - Amharic Dullet Wat
This Ethiopian dish is made from Tripe, Liver, Kidney and tongue, although you can add heart or other intestine parts. this video is in Amharic the national language of Ethiopia. For non Amharic viewers please see the text below on how to make this dish. Start by adding chopped onions to a hot dry pot and cook for 3 mins - Then add oil and the tripe and cook for 3 mins - add the tongue and again cook for 3 mins - Now add the berbers stir well and cook for 3 mins - Add the garlic ginger and a little Ethiopian Butter Kibbeh and cook for 6 mins - Add a little water - Now add the kidney and liver and cook for 10 mins, lower the heat now - Finally add salt to taste and more kibbeh cook for a further 10 mins and serve. NOTES - make sure you chop all the meat small and always was the tripe really really well.

Vision 2030's Ag. DG paints rosy picture of country's achievement thus far
Kenya is almost approaching the halfway mark of achieving the objectives of the country's ambitious Vision 2030, according to the Acting Director-General of the Vision 2030 Delivery Secretariat, Professor Gituro Wainaina.
That revelation comes even as neighbouring countries seek to pull the rug from under Kenya's upward economic growth trajectory by rolling out their own massive infrastructure projects.
On Monday, Ethiopia commissioned a US$475MN Chinese-built light rail in its capital, Addis Ababa.

Witness to Islamic State Atrocities (Extra Scene from ‘Libya’s Migrant Trade’)
In a desperate bid to seek a better life in Europe, thousands of refugees and migrants leave the shores of Libya and cross the perilous Mediterranean Sea every month. Over 2,000 people have died making the journey in 2015 alone.
The routes to and journey through Libya are also dangerous, however, and since the fall of Muammar Qaddafi in 2011, the country has struggled to achieve and maintain stability. Porous desert borders, rival fighters, and weak governance have left much of Libya in complete chaos.
With militias controlling large swathes of land, their attentions have turned to the people that cross their territories. The fighters assert they are bringing order to the country as they detain the refugees, yet these people's lives have become valuable commodities to the militias as they try to solidify their positions in the country.
In this extra scene from ‘Libya’s Migrant Trade,’ VICE News speaks to migrants who witnessed atrocities committed by Islamic State militants, and whose perilous escape was followed by capture and detention by Libyan authorities.

People & Power investigates allegations that Kenya’s police are involved in extra judicial killings.
Last December, an Al Jazeera network investigation examined shocking claims that the government of Kenya has been running secret police death squads, tasked with assassinating suspected terrorists and criminals. At the time the Kenyan government strongly refuted the allegations but reports and rumours in Kenya about extra-judicial killings have continued to proliferate.
Ten months on, People and Power asked Mohammed Ali, one of Kenya’s top independent investigative journalists, to find out why.
In this deeply worrying film, Ali discovers that mysterious killings are indeed continuing amid a culture of apparent impunity, leaving Kenyan security forces open to suspicions that they are unaccountable and seemingly out of control.
He discovers that over 1,500 Kenyan citizens have been killed by the police since 2009, and that statistically, Kenyans are currently five times more likely to be shot by a policeman than a criminal.
