Adorable 6 year old Narrated The Story of Abraham (የአብርሃም ታሪክ)
This is the story of Abraham in the Bible narrated for children in Amharic, the official language of Ethiopia. The 6 year old girl who narrated the story was born and raised in Canada. She learned how to speak, read & write Amharic at home. The purpose of this video is to encourage parents to teach their children their language of heritage, while at the same time, reading one of the timeless stories in the Bible, the Story of Abraham. The story of Abraham teaches for children, among other things, the acts of kindness, the fruits of obidience and patience and how God keeps his promises with human beings todate. Children can easily associate themselves to Abraham's son, Isaac, and can see themselves being kind and helpful to others like him. The story teaches about the power of faith, hope, righteousness, patience, God's miracle interventions and so much more.
