W/o Aster Mamo is appointed deputy prime minister for good governance and reform cluster and minister of the civil service. Prime Minister Hailemariam Desalegn has approved the appointment before the house of peoples representatives today. After the house approved the appointment with full vote, Aster has took the oath of office before the house.
